❓Do I have to pay for your service?
No — there’s no cost for our service when you appoint our approved contractors. You’ll just pay your insurance excess, like you would in any claim.
❓Can I use my own contractors?
Yes, although most clients choose to use our approved teams for speed, reliability, and the 12-month repair guarantee. We’re happy to talk through both options with you.
❓Can you deal with the insurer on my behalf?
Yes. That’s exactly what we do. We’ll speak to your insurer, their loss adjuster, and anyone else involved — so you don’t have to.
❓What types of damage do you deal with?
We help with fire, water, storm, flood, accidental damage and more — both residential and commercial. If you’re not sure, just ask.
❓What if I’ve already started my claim?
That’s totally fine. We can get involved at any stage — and often the earlier, the better. We’ll review where things are and help guide you from there.
